See update below!
After the release (Only on MSDN, not for production) of the new System Center Configuration Manager 1511 last week, I decided to upgrade my LAB to this new Version. The Installation was well done, and there are some nice new features, like the Availability to set a Maintenance Window Directly on a Site Server.
When it comes to the Update Management for Servers, you will often face the question: Should I create a own Maintenance Window for the Site Servers in SCCM? I always answer this question with yes.
But with the upcoming new Release of SCCM 1511 (Version 5.0.8325.1000), there will be an option to set a Maintenance Window directly on the Site Server. Just navigate to the Administration Workspace and select your Site Server and click on Properties:
Afterwards you can go to the Maintenance Window Tab and you can configure the window for this specific Site System.
Nice new features are coming :)

As mentioned here from Kent Agerlund (https://twitter.com/agerlund):

This Maintenance Windows is only used when it comes to Install ConfigMgr Updates or Upgrades within the new Servicing Model of SCCM.
